We do all the work and you just enjoy. Either cook completely on the barbeque or oven cook first and then just a quick few minutes to finish it off on the barbie. Flavoured glazes or marinades can be applied to all meats, just let me know which great flavour and how much meat you would like to order and leave the rest to us. Choose from beef, lamb, pork, chicken or turkey. How about chicken wings? They make great aperos! Or how about something different like pork scratchings with a garlic and cane vinegar dipping sauce or even Filipino spring rolls with our special dipping sauce.
